Trade Apprenticeship under the Apprentices Act, 1961, in the Entry Year 2017-18.

Educational Qualifications :
GRADUATE APPRENTICE -
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Technology from a recognized University.
TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE-
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
PROGRAMMING AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (PASAA) -
Passed National Trade Certificate Examination in the trade of Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) in I.T.I.
Age Limit :
Minimum 14 years as on 01/05/2018. There will be no upper age limit.
Pay Scale -
GRADUATE APPRENTICE - Rs. 4984/- per month.
TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE - Rs. 3542/- per month.
PROGRAMMING AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (PASAA) - Rs.8189/- per month.
Candidates, who have already undergone or undergoing apprenticeship training under Apprentice Act, 1961 in any other Govt. / Public Sector /Private Organisation are not eligible to apply.
Application Fee:
Candidates must pay Rs.20/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Crossed Indian Postal Order / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque/ Pay Order drawn in favour of The Board of Trustees of the Port of Mumbai, payable at Mumbai. Fee can also be paid by NEFT.
