Educational Qualifications :

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE HON’BLE JUDGES : 
i) Any Bachelor Degree in of a recognized University.
ii) Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Shorthand and Typewriting in English – Higher/ Senior Grade.
iii) Must have passed the Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education.
Desirable: Having working knowledge in Computer or application of computer in the day-today functioning of Office.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT (TO THE REGISTRARS) : 
 i) Any Bachelor Degree of a recognized University.
ii) Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Shorthand and Typewriting in English and Tamil – Higher / Senior Grade.
iii) Must have passed the Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education.
Desirable: Having working knowledge in Computer or application of computer in the day-today functioning of Office.

PERSONAL CLERK (TO THE DEPUTY REGISTRARS) : 
i) Any Bachelor Degree of a recognized University.

Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 01.07.2018.


Pay Scale :

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE HON’BLE JUDGES : Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500/-

PERSONAL ASSISTANT (TO THE REGISTRARS) : Rs.36,400 – 1,15,700/-

PERSONAL CLERK (TO THE DEPUTY REGISTRARS) :  Rs.20,600 – 65,500/-
